1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communication Studies, or Cultural Industry Management.

2. Professional Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing promotion, event planning, or related fields. Candidates with experience in bars, nightclubs, or the entertainment industry will be given priority consideration.

3. Technical Competencies:

• Exceptional copywriting skills, capable of crafting compelling promotional content for events and social media platforms.

• Proficiency in utilizing social media platforms for brand promotion and marketing campaign planning, with a thorough understanding of platform algorithms and regulations. Prior successful social media operation cases are preferred.

• Familiarity with fundamental design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) or possessing design aesthetic capabilities. Experience in assisting with promotional poster creation and event material production is advantageous.

• Comprehensive knowledge of event planning and execution processes, coupled with strong organizational coordination and adaptability skills, enabling independent planning and execution of various events.

• Solid data analysis capabilities, able to evaluate marketing effectiveness through data analysis and propose improvement suggestions and optimization strategies.
