We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the organization by performing a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the operations team
Assist in the planning and coordination of events and projects
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, email, and phone calls
Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment
Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of basic office equipment and procedures
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work demands
