The Supply Base is a rapidly growing Australian owned company with an office in Shenzhen that assists our global clients with product development, sourcing and supply chain management.
We are seeking a flexible well organised individual who pays attention to detail and wants to become a part of a fun and dynamic team. The successful candidate will be willing to learn and be a team player.
Daily duties include:
– Assist with receiving and sending out packages
– Assist with shipping documentation
– Keep a log of any shipments or samples that come in or out
– When any samples or swatches come in give to the assigned employee for them to label / hangtag and check the details
– basic administrative office duties
– assist management with miscellaneous tasks
– College graduate
– Willing to learn
– Excellent communication in Mandarin and Basic English is a must
– Previous foreign trade experience preferred but not necessary
– Proactive and the ability to work both as a team or as an individual
– Ability to manage priorities and multi-task efficiently
– Sound knowledge MS Office (excel & word)
– Strong attention to detail
