Job description

  • Reading, oral and writing proficiency in the English language
  • Highly organized , being able to prioritize in complex , fast-paced environment
  • Have excellent attention to details

Desired skills & experience

  • Behave and act in an exemplary fashion embodying the brand mindset
  • Optimize the event/meeting offer by making G standard event documents
  • Take care of all event logistics arrangement and provide onsite support
  • Provide other administrative support as assigned by supervisors
